The space
This spacious comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms condo features incredible views on Caribbean Sea, offers 3 pools just steps away, 2 tennis/pickleball courts, and basketball hoop. You are a short walk away from the excellent dining restaurant Mim’s Seaside Bistro or 9 min. walk to Bolongo Bay Beach and resort.
Condo has fully equipped kitchen, so you can prepare any meal you desire. The living and kitchen offers beautiful views on the coast line and you can watch boats to pass by while you are preparing a meal. The spacious living room offers brand new comfortable queen size sleeper sofa and the smart TV not only provides the apps as Netflix or Prime, but also local TV channels. Every bedroom has its own full bathroom with its own shower. Beds are comfortable and curtains provide not only privacy, but good night sleep. Primary bedroom offers TV, and incredible views on the Caribbean Sea. You can see the beautiful Caribbean water from your bed when you are waking up. What else you want to wish for on your vacation!!

The beach at Bolongo offers good snorkeling, diving shop and it is easily accessible 9 min. walk. Although many incredible world famous beaches are only minutes
away.
That is why we offer Jeep Wrangler automatic, 4×4, 4 doors rental option to our guests. The daily charge is only $100 a day, that includes fees and full coverage insurance. Not only that, but we delivery the car for you to the airport free of charge, right before your arrival. You fly into St. Thomas, walk to the airport garages, and drive to your property. No waiting for shuttle, taxi or waiting at the car rental company. All of the paper work is handled, before your arrival. Just nice smooth vacation, that is what we thrive for. After you book our property, we will be sending you our guide with all of the condo information, local island activities, the best places to eat and things to see and do while spending the time on the island. We know all of the local spots, and we like to share that information with our guests.
Please keep in mind St. Thomas is big hilly island, there are no sidewalks and you always need some transportation wherever you staying. Unless you want to spend just entire vacation in one place, one resort.
If not a rental car, than use a taxi, but please keep in mind they charge per person and each luggage and the prices are expensive and it is not as convenient and it is not giving you a flexibility as a car rental.
Regatta Point complex is equipped with generators in case of power outages, which can be sometimes frequent. Please do your due diligence and make sure when you are renting a property, that you have back up source of electricity provided by your property. It can be total inconvenience not having lights, TV or internet, while those power outages occur. Staff in Regatta Point have your vacation covered by providing back source of electric power.
Our very clean and comfortable unit is freshly painted and updated with new living room furniture. The fully equipped kitchen, sleeper sofa can accommodate families with kids. We provide bathroom towels, sheets, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella and more. We want you to have everything that you might possibly need for smooth, comfortable and unforgettable vacation. WiFi, cable TV, washer/dryer in unit, designated parking space, and outdoor patio are all accessible to you.
Regatta Point has central island location. 15 mins to Red Hook, Sapphire Beach, Cowpet Bay Beach, and Secret Harbour. 10 minutes to Havensight and Yacht Haven Grande. 15 mins to the downtown, 15-20 mins to Magen’s Bay Beach. 20 mins to airport.
Please keep in mind that the best and most comfortable for your stay would be maximum of 5 adults, or 4 adults end 2 kids, as the sleeper sofa is not suitable for 2 adults. In case you have four adults and two kids in your party, please let us know, so we can update your reservation and add sixth person.
