About Us

Nikola and Tomas Skoda lived in Steamboat Springs, Colorado for over 20 years. We started property management company in Steamboat Springs, Colorado (DKN Services, Inc. DBA DKN Property Care). Our company offered complete property management, including vacation rental properties, long term and short-term rentals.

 

 

In 2008 we completed a speculation home project, the home was a 7,100 square foot luxury duplex overlooking downtown Steamboat Springs. Tomas built this project with his crew and Nikola was the designer and subcontractor’s coordinator. In 2007, she obtained her Colorado Real Estate license and sold half of the duplex and worked as a part time real estate broker. In 2009, we purchased a European restaurant and by 2012 we were owners of two restaurants.  

We were both extremely passionate about beaches, and after our first vacation on St. Thomas in 2012 we were seriously thinking about relocating. In 2017, we finally moved to St. Thomas along with our two beautiful daughters. We ended up purchasing a lot to and we built our dream home. With Tomas building talent, we moved to our dream home only after two years. Nikola obtained her USVI Real Estate license and is now serving the community and travelers with the purchase of their dream home or investment property. Her being a Real Estate broker has now given us the opportunity to a new adventure, VIP Management & Real Estate – Virgin Islands Property Management and Real Estate. With 17 years of experience in real estate and over 22 years of experience in property management, the Virgin Islands now has a trusted and dedicated company to fulfill your needs easily and efficiently. With our experience in the construction industry, we can build you a home, remodel or upgrade your new investment property or private residence, they sky is the limit.
