With each short-term rental property that we manage, we provide an extra service to attract more guests, Jeep rental option. This is a great service that brings you and your property more rentals and we provide an excellent convenient service to our guests. We designate a Jeep to your property and before guests arrive, we deliver the Jeep to the airport for them, so they exit the airport building jump int the car and drive themselves to your property.
We have also discovered after being in the business for a couple of decades, that the best housekeeping and maintenance services are the key to successful vacation rental. We will care for your home as it is our own with our exceptional services that we offer.
Our goal is to manage only a limited number of properties and give them very personal concentration with attention to details. We are not building a big company that loses the personal touch and scrambling to manage the real estate. We want to keep our clients very happy and make sure that we have the time to care for their home, be responsive and communicative. What is Full Service Second Home Management?
It is a combination of traditional property management and high level concierge management services.

Pricing varies based on home size, property amenities and frequency of use.
Monthly maintenance schedule may include some or all of the following:
Preparation of Residence for Client Arrival & Departure.
Check that all doors and windows are properly secure.
Check the phone lines and the Internet.
Inspect all rooms and grounds of the property.
Visual inspection for signs of mold and mildew.
Start all vehicles.
Check for visible water leaks in the home.
Monitor fans and air exhaust devices.
Visually check AC units for leaks, proper working condition and change the AC filters.
Identify areas in need of attention, suggest repairs and preventive maintenance.
Visual inspections for signs of insects and rodents.
Water interior plants.
Check that all appliances are in good working order.
Run the dishwasher.
Run the garbage disposal
Check hot water systems.
Run water in sinks, showers and flush all toilets.
Replace light bulbs when necessary.
Change batteries in smoke detectors when necessary.
Verify proper functionality of home entertainment system, indoors and outdoors.
Check the alarm system to make sure it is armed, and the house is secure.
Coordinate a house cleaning as needed.
Coordinating and supervising landscaping, pest control and swimming pool services.
Check and change the outdoor lights when necessary.
Home automation.
Automatic shades & blinds exercises.
Elevator routine check, make sure inspection is up to date
