From the balcony, you can gaze at the diverse aquatic fauna, including dolphins, eagle rays, turtles, tarpons, stingrays, and occasionally even manta rays. This is the villa that will offer you the ultimate vacation, complete with all the luxuries and modern elements that will ensure an immaculate stay! The home provides access to the Caribbean’s enchanting turquoise waters. Importantly, the villa offers two paddle boards, so you have the opportunity to admire the vibrant colors of sunsets or occasionally spot dolphins. You can also swim or walk in the water to three distinct beaches (Platform, Little Magens, and Magens Beach). Moreover, you can enjoy the 33-foot infinity-edge swimming pool, trampoline, basketball hoop, beach area with lounging chairs, and outdoor kitchen with grill, griddle, and burner. The upstairs bedroom provides a king size bed, a huge walk in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a glass bath tub and rain shower. The second bedroom accommodates you with a queen sized bunk beds and a full size trundle beneath the two. The bedroom additionally offers a spacious walk-in closet, rain shower, and oversized bath tub. Not to mention, that all the bathrooms have smart toilets and awe-striking ocean views. The third and most expansive bedroom serves our renters with a custom made oversized bed, YOU CAN EASILY FIT 2 ADULTS AND 2 KIDS. The walk-in closet is to die for and the ultra modern bathroom is assembled with painted tempered glass. The bathroom offers a self standing bath tub, walk-in shower with multi functional features and with window facing whole bay. So while you taking the shower you can watch turtles or spot dolphins.
Every each bedroom, living area and dining area offers bi-folded doors, so you can open up the doors fully and enjoy the ocean breeze. The property sits steps from the ocean, you can swim to close by Platform beach or little further to Magens beach and enjoy local rum coctail called Painkiller in famous Magens beach bar. The house has lot to offer to families with older children. The parking area holds basketball hoop, so kids get to play, or jump on the trampoline. Enjoy 33 feet long saltwater swimming size infinity edge pool with kiddy pool area or just walk the steps to the Caribbean waters. We can also have our caretaker to pull water mat in front of the house, so kids can spent playing on the mat right in the front of the house. The house also offers little sandy area with lounging chairs, where you can read a book or have kids to play in the sand. Villa has 2 paddle boards for you to use and one double kayak. Take late afternoon kayak and paddle board ride to enjoy the sunset on the water. The lush garden offers endless numbers of tropical plants and fruit trees. If there is a season for banana you might get to enjoy bananas, papayas, lemons, tangerines or oranges. This is called CARIBBEAN PARADISE!!

The main house offers 3 bedrooms and 3,5 bathroms. It sleeps 8 guests. If you have bigger group and cottage is available as well you can rent whole property, that sleeps 14 people. Neighborhood offers walks on Peterborg neighborhood or just walking to 3 nearby beaches. Platform beach, Little Magens or Magens beach. The guests get to enjoy access to Magens bay, kayak, paddle boards, basketball hoop, trampoline and infinity edge pool.
Trampoline gets put away for a hurricane season June 1st, until December 1st.
